Built for the one against a thousand.
Every open role now draws a crowd. You are not competing against a handful of people. You are competing against a thousand or two, and most of them are qualified.
Applying is the easy part. The interview is where the offer is won or lost, and almost nobody prepares for it like it decides their year. It does.
The mission
Our north star is simple: get people offers.
Not page views, not streaks, not another dashboard to check. Offers. Signed, life-changing offers in a market that has never been harder to break into. Every feature I build is judged against one question, does this make you more likely to walk out of the room with the job. If it doesn't, it doesn't ship.
I know the ins and outs of interviewing: the stages, the rooms, the people across the table, the angles most candidates never think about. Guildy hands all of it to you. Every round prepped for the exact bar it tests. Every interviewer researched. Every offer compared and negotiated. The goal is to walk in prepared, feel prepared, and be ten times more ready than the person who winged it.
Why this exists
Guildy started the way a lot of good tools start, out of frustration.
I was tracking 300 applications in a spreadsheet that grew a new tab every week, and prepping for interviews by pasting job descriptions into a chatbot that forgot everything the moment I closed it, knew nothing about the company, and gave the same generic advice to everyone. That was the workflow. A spreadsheet for the chaos and a blank chatbot for the prep. Neither one knew the job, the stage, or the people. Neither one remembered yesterday.
So I built the thing that should have existed: one place that holds the entire hunt, find to offer, and actually gets sharper the deeper you go. Not a tracker. Not a prep gadget. A command center for the whole fight.
Who this is for
The person in the crowd. The one who is qualified but not connected, capable but out of time, staring at a thousand other applicants and wondering how to stand out.
This is a brutal tech job market. I am here to help you win it.
